General Motors Corp. has recently announced to the public that it is now working in conjunction with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Climate Leaders program to reduce CO2 exhaust emissions from the Detroit-based automaker's North American manufacturing plants. GM said they are targeting 40 percent CO2 emissions reduction in the next three years. EPA's Climate Leaders program is a voluntary agreement between the US government and companies to develop challenging strategies that will reduce the harmful emission of greenhouse gases in the environment. The Corvette Z06 Ron Fellows edition is the first signed special edition Corvette in the 54 history of the brand. The Corvette Z06 Ron Fellows edition marks the contribution of the Canadian racer to the success of the Corvette racing programme. Only 399 of the Corvette Z06 special edition are going to be produced in which 33 are intended for Europe. Saturn has recently announced that the new 2007 Aura Green Line hybrid will be available at a starting price of $22,695 inclusive of the destination charge, making it as the lowest-priced hybrid on the market. Aside from its value-focused price, the Internal Revenue Service has also certified the Aura Green Line buyers to a tax credit of $1,300.
